Anyone else ever have this problem?

This is about the third or fourth time this has happened to me, and it is annoying as hell. I have an eyelash that is growing backwards into my eye.

Anyone else ever have this problem, and if so do you know an easy solution. Could this be causing permanent damage to my eye?
