You didn't include any info about the Villain or your image at the table, but assuming this is your first move like this, IMO this is easily +EV. There's very few people who will call this often enough to make it -EV.
I ran an ICM assuming BB will call with 50%+ hands, and going all-in with 76o will on the average increase your EV about 30%. Even if you assume Villain will call with hands as bad as 76o, it's still +EV by almost 20%. |

That's not true actually tewall. His range has to be 32% or less for this to be +$EV. However, it probably still will be against most opponents.
