Obviously it probably depends on your position and other factors, but in general, how should you play these hands? When should you raise with them, under what conditions can you call raises with them, etc?

Stud high? Fold them unless you are in a steal position, or your opponents will pay you off even if you pair your door card, or when defending your bring-in against an aggressive stealer.
