Default Probabilities Against Random Hands???

In the Tournament Poker book, Sklansky mentions that, of all hands, 2-3 has the worst chance against a random hand. Makes sense. Anyone know of a published chart that lists the success rate of each hand against another random hand? Or a program that generates this information? I would love to know exact percentages to strengthen my heads-up play.
