Folding HU to turn check raise?

Anyone find a fold (or reraise)? I couldn't do it, but came close (to the fold) with hand 1 & thought I would run these two hands by everyone. Heads up against the same player within about a 10 minute span. Villain is 44/9/1.1 over 2000 hands. Haven't seen him go out of line in this session. Thanks in advance for any comments.
