Default Books for Stars FFP\'s

Which books are worth using the Stars FPP's to purchase.

WLLHE, HEPFAP, TOP, SSHE- I have
POP, TPFAP, Internet Texas Hold em-Hilger-plan on acquiring

These are the ones I am wondering about:

Tournament Poker-McEvoy
Championship Satellite Strategy-McEvoy
The Making of a Poker Player-Matros
The Poker MBA-Dinken and Gitomer
Poker Champion Moneymaker
Internet Poker-Krieger
Hold em Poker-Carson

For background I play 1-2 and 2-4 online and am also interested in getting better at tourneys.

I would use the FPP's for tourneys otherwise.

Thanks

Tournament Poker-McEvoy Meh
Championship Satellite Strategy-McEvoy this one's ok, but HoH and TPFAP are better options
The Making of a Poker Player-Matros I liked this book alot, not really an instructional book, but enough there to make it worthwhile
The Poker MBA-Dinken and Gitomer haven't read
Poker Champion Moneymaker haven't read
Internet Poker-Krieger good god, no. Least information ever.
Hold em Poker-Carson some interesting stuff in here, would recomend mostly as a counterpoint to 2+2 advice. Good stuff on post flop equity.
