Default Re: What Sidedish to make for BBQ

Another non-traditional (for BBQ's anyway) but always hit item:

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Smoked or Maple Ham

1/2 cup Light Cream Cheese Spread

4 Kosher Dill Pickle Spears

SPREAD ham evenly with cream cheese spread, using about 1 Tbsp. of the cream cheese spread on each ham slice.

CUT each pickle spear in half lengthwise. Place 1 pickle piece on each ham slice; roll up. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

CUT each roll-up crosswise into 4 pieces.
