Default Fold JJ to reraise preflop ?

Say you make a 3-4BB raise with JJ preflop, and get repopped to 10BB, do you generally fold ?

Assuming non-toolish opponent (perhaps a bit LAG, but nothing very much out of line).

Out of position with shallow stacks it's an easy fold. Otherwise I call the raise for set value.
