Can u transfer money when ur not an affiliate?

My brother wants to transfer me some money he owes me through empire ( he can't get a neteller account) so is there any way to do this without being an affiliate. Cause I think i'm missing something....thx

He can but then your accounts will be linked(you can't play at the same table anymore), you also have to play a certain number of hands before you can cash it out.

At the top left hand corner of the poker lobby their should be a drop down menu(my account), he has to click on go to my account to go to the main webpage then click on the inter account transfer option.
