Default Question on turn play

$1/2 NL ...6 max
UTG limps, SB completes and I raise to $10 in the BB with AcQc. UTG calls, SB folds. I have $200 and he has me covered.

Reads: UTG is a chronic flush chaser. Ive seen him call $10 with A9s and limp, then call $10 with 96s.

Pot is $22. Flop comes Kc 6s 3s. I bet $15 and he calls.
Pot $52. Turn is the Tc, giving me the nut fush draw, a gutshot and an overcard.

Whats your play here against this flush chaser who could have the spade draw (but could have a K) and would it be different against a normal oppenent that probably had a K?

Do you check? Make small bet to price yourself in for your draw? Or bet 3/4 pot or more hoping he folds, but with outs to fall back on?
