Default Fold equity for the mathematically challenged?

WARNING: this will contain whining, complaints, and generally bad sportsmanship.

Over the last few days, I've lost nearly 5 c-notes due to several 4-outers and a 2-outer gone wrong. Now, let me clarify, my maniacal style hopes for these situations, but my bankroll is hurting due to this losing streak. I try to keep an open mind, and notice when things are lucking my way as well. But, this is nuts.

Can anyone offer some perspective to help me through my day?

Thanks in advance,
Digital

Try not to push 4-5 outers too much, hows that?

Don't play like a retard and complain about variance.

I started posting on 2+2 in June and since that time period there's been a post like this at least once/week. Try searching for some of these, they'd definitely help.

What does this have to do with fold equity though?

What stakes are you playing? NL100 or higher this is normal, NL50 or lower you have a leak or two somewhere, sort them.
