I had open raised the 4s against a large field of limpers just to vary my play. Since I hit the set and villain hit his set it was capped on every street even though I slowplayed it because villain 2 was on a flush draw which he choose to raise. To my disgust I discovered that I ran out of chips after reraising the river. Me: "That's gonna teach me to watch my chips" Villain: "LOL, you could've won a fortune here" |

While he's cutting it close to the 12bb "golden rule" without knowing the action he could have been fine (putting his last bet in on the river cap, there's no side pot afterall)...give him a break.
