How to contact promotional department at Stars?

Quick question, and apologies in advance for the fact that this post probably shows up once a week on here. I couldn't find it in the search function with minimal effort though.

I'm trying to contact Pokerstars' promotional department, or maybe even Lee Jones directly? Is there an e-mail address that will get me in touch with them?? I think I have a really good idea they could use, and I wanted to make sure that the right people read it, and not just the generic support@...
