Hand 1: Fold. I'd think about shoving this late, but not early. This can be table-dependent, though. If EP pushes are given excessive respect at your table (sometimes the case at Stars), you might decide to shove it anyway.

Hand 2: Push pf. Given the limp, fold. He hit that flop, or has a small pair.
