if you're replacing an add-in card, your prospects don't sound too good. if you have integrated video, you can't necessarily expect it to be disabled automatically. in the latter case, you can pop out the xfx, go into the bios, disable onboard video, and then try inserting the xfx. i have found that automatic enabling of integrated video when no agp/pci-e/pci cards are present does generally work well, it's the disabling that is wont to suck. even if that screws up you can always reset your cmos settings to fix it. if the card takes a 4-pin from your psu make sure that is plugged into the card, make sure its fans are spinning, blah blah blah.

I r dumb. I looked for an auxillary power input, really, but looked from front-on and back-on, not edge-wise, and missed it. Thank you much.
