Default Pre-flop

You limp. It's raised behind you. Under what conditions and with what frequency (on average) do you fold? I assume for limit, the answer is "never". What about pot limit? I assume you consider both pot odds and your hand, but does one of these factors dominate the decision?

Default Re: Pre-flop

Quality of hand is my number 1 consideration.

For example, I would never fold KQJTds from early position, even if it were for all of my money.
