UB addy does not equal Neteller addy

It says on the cashout screen that your Neteller e-mail address should equal your UB e-mail address. Mine does not. I e-mailed UB 10 days ago and 5 days ago to have my e-mail address changed so that I could withdraw, and have not gotten a response (however they keep sending stuff to my current UB address like tournament ads and [censored]).

Has anyone else just gone ahead and withdrew money to their Neteller even though the e-mails didn't match? I just want to withdraw and get the hell away from that site and this is really pissing me off.

just change your neteller address. make the transaction...and then later you can change your neteller address back if you need to.


Not sure why they don't respond to you.
But sometimes their cust-serv e-mails could be intercepted as 'spam' while the promotional stuff still goes through (and vice-versa...spam-filters are weird)

You don't need to e-mail UB support. Open the client, hit My Account, then click on "change email/account information."

I did this a few weeks ago. Took two minutes.

I had that problem. I solved it by just direct depositing my funds to my checking account. However, if you're the type who wants to move accounts from Neteller to different gambling sites, this would cause an extra step at best and a delay of a few days at worst.

Its telling me I need to email support in order to change my email address.

Same thing for me except I tried to cashout and found this out. They said they ABSOLUTELY could not have any cashouts with carying email addys and did not process the transaction. Two days later I tried again, and it went through smoothly.

Did you ever think of maybe changing 1 of the E-Mail addresses.
