They are completely random. This month it was back in my account in less than an hour last month took four days. I suggest doing the bonus on a monday or tuesday as they seem to be much quicker early in the week as opposed to the weekend.

I have had it take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours. Never longer than that.
