I like the preflop, knock out BB and try to take control of the hand, although that might not work depending on the degree of Button's laginess.

Flop, looking for a check-raise that whiffed? Not bad, he's aggro, he'll often bet an A here, whereas other players might check behind and take the freebee.

Turn is a toughie. Since no one showed aggression I feel a bet is almost mandatory. It'd suck to get raised but you'll have odds to call. I'm not terribly concerned about them having a better two-pair, as I think that bets this flop. Besides, Laggy could raise a lot of hands on the button in a steal that he might check through on the turn (PP<T, something like Q8/J8, eh, well not that many) that you still beat. I guess it helps to know how laggy he is. I'll worry about BB if he comes to life, otherwise I'll assume my two pair is good vs. him.

I was in this exact situation earlier tonight and opted to fold rather than 3 bet. I just don't think this is quite enough hand considering you're out of position. Then again, I think and don't think a lot of things...
