Spread-limit stud advice?

Anyone know any books with good advice on spread-limit stud?

Potentially useful info: I'm a decent holdem player and I feel like I understand poker theory well enough, but I am very inexperienced at stud, and I may want to try playing in Las Vegas (which I have heard spreads 1-5 a lot) when I go. I have West's book and no others.
