Default QJo from the button

I have not been at the table long, but UTG+2 seemed loose and fairly aggressive post flop--capable of betting/raising draws as well as made hands. No real read on MP3.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Rico is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Rico calls, 1 fold, BB checks,

BB checks, UTG+2 bets, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, Rico raises, BB folds, UTG+2 calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (6.16 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)

What is the turn play. Call or raise.

I raise for sure, especially with MP3 still in.

I hope you're joking..

I'd just call down unimproved.

I raise the turn and check the river behind unimproved.

On the turn he's got top pair with a good kicker, and the str8 draw. Why not push it?

His stop 'n go makes me wonder. Either that turn card helped him, in which case he's likely to have made two pair or a straight, or he already had something like two pair. You just turned TP + OESD, but since MP3 is already in, is a raise a good idea, even though UTG+2 is fairly aggressive?

Because if it's get 3-bet it's very likely that hero is behind and he would then hate to invest more money than required to see the river.

Rico-

I would lean towards raising here. Being 3 bet isnt the end of the world due to your larger amount of outs, but just calling with the best hand sucks.

If I raise the turn, I am only called, then a blank falls on the turn, why would I check?
