Getting More From Party

Empire offered me 30% for $50k MGR though the split has killed any hope of that happening. Is there an above board way to get more than the stated 20% to $10k- 25% over $10k from Party?

Note I already have an affiliate account and don't want to use my grandma's name or anything like that. I'd like to get Party to somehow increase my percentage and want to know how to get them to do this.

Are they looking for MGR or CPA or both or neither?
