Default I hate laying down KK on the flop

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, BB calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, MP1 calls, BB calls.

Flop: (12.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>

BB is loose passive, 47/6/.75 and the guy behind me is a rock, something like 11/8.

Pot is laying me 13-1 but it might (hell it will probably) get raised behind me. The flop is pretty drawless. I'm probably drawing to 2 outs here.

Can I just throw this away?

It sucks, but I think you can muck it.

You're probably sandwiched between AK/AQ and Ax. Would be weird to be up against QQ and JJ (or something similar where you're ahead.) Ax is the favorite holding of most LLHE players. KK meets the dreaded Ace, part 18,234,354,987. No redraws...fold.

In a three-way pot, with the pre-flop three-bettor left to act behind you, and pretty much no draws, folding here is a solid play.

Hands like this usually show up because a hand like QQ ends up winning in the end, and you feel like a dope because you folded the best hand. If this is the case, don't worry about it. I played a hand exactly like this live my last session. A total rock bet out, and the other preflop aggressor raised, leaving me to 3-bet or fold holding KK's on an ace high flop. Kings were good that time, too, but there is no way I make that call against that opponent with that action. You did the right thing

Fold looks fine to me here.
