Normally I don't play heads up as I think I suck at it. Well some guy who was the reason I was playing at a full ring table got pissed when I hit my oesd on the river when I defended his steal with 8To (he was 55/30) vs his trips. He seemed someone on tilt as he was talking a lot so I played him:

Hand 1: I think it's good since he's on tilt. I would fold the turn a decent amount against a rational player.

Hand 2: good You've go him in a bad way.

Hand 3: good

Hand 4: good

Hand 5: I'm seeing a SD against this guy even with Q9 high. call the river. You're good 1 in 4 IMO

Hand 6: I'm not 3-betting the turn. LOL for results.

Hand 7: It's good. We haven't seen what he's raising yet and the pot is small.

Hand 8: good

Hand 9: Well he doesn't seem in the folding mood so it's good

Hand 10: The way he's been playing I'd 3-bet the turn

Hand 11-15: good

Hand 16: T6o is a hand with crappy SD value and limited hand making ability against a guy that rarely folds. I just muck it PF.

Hand 17: I think it's about time you looked him up when he donks the flop and that's not a bad board for it.

I´d call the Q9hh, he probably call the flop with about any 2 and would raise alot of A/Ks preflop.
I think you are easily good 20% here.

I´d rather check the pocket 3´s preflop against a guy this Loose-Aggr. You dont gain much value on the raise and he will chase correctly or put pressure on you after the flop mostly. It´s also nice to have an actual hand sometimes after checking, so it gets harder for him to limp to steal.

Not sure if Q3 is playable vs him, but if I played I´d just check-call all the way as he will bet for sure when he has nothing, but may end up checking something weak down.

I think you probably can go one more raise with the A8hh.

I´d pop the river on the last hand too.
