Bankroll management isnt about putting arbitrary amounts into an account and trying to defend it with all you've got.

Bankroll management is intended to serve your own best interest. Preserving your bankroll isn't the be all, end all goal of a poker player when the supposed 'bankroll' accounts for a negligable percentage of their total wealth.

Playing the penny/nickle/dime tables is great for learning the game, but by the sounds of things, you're well past that point. If you're an adult that isn't dirt poor, it's a waste of time to play at limits that low.
