Neteller down?

I just tried to get on to neteller in Firefox and something came up that said "This document contains no data." then I tried it in IE and got the "Cannot find server" screen. Anybody else?

I'm 99% sure everything is cool with this site, but I must admit I'm apprehensive in having large sums of money online rather than in a bank, but it's a necessity to take advantage of reloads, etc.

You think they could at least put up a page saying "We're down for maintenance" or something.

At the moment it's now back up though.

Anyone tried a debit card withdrawal in the last few days? The 'get debit balance' feature has been down for me for about a week. I sent an email and they replied:

"The company that issues the Neteller debit cards is experiencing difficulties with their system. You may or may not be able to withdraw; in some cases, an error message is coming up at ATMs that is preventing cash
withdrawal."

Need to pay my car payment but I'm not sure if I should risk a cashout and possibly get my money lost in the system >:
