easy way to import Pacific hand histories to this forum?

Hello. I'd like to upload part of a tournament history to ask for critiques. It is from a tournament at Pacific Poker. Is there an easy way to do this so that the hands are readable? I tried the search function, but have never found it to be too terribly useful on this site. (This is the level of computer knowledge you are dealing with...please use small words.)
