im pretty sure thats basically the <10BB and push rule. He describes it briefly in Vol. I as a point where you are all in or fold.

HOH is by far the best book I've bought (7 in all). I'm currently reading it the second time over in preparation of HOH V2.

My guess is that it will be an easy, enjoyable read but contain very little, if anything, that a decent winning player doesn't already know and/or can't figure out on his own.
In other words I think it will be very similar to the first volume.
I'll still probably get it because I enjoy Harrington's twisted sense of humor.
