Default exercise while playing online? (no poker content)

I'm getting fat. I'm spending my free time sitting on my ass playing poker. Good for my wallet, bad for my waistline.
Anybody manage to do any exercise while playing?

I've just started lifting handweights while playing. This is doable, but doesn't get the heart pumping.

I was wondering whether riding an exercise bike is plausible.
Anyone trying anything like this?
Other ideas?

Thanks.

I'm sure it's possible but it would be one hell of a set-up. You'd have to get like some sort of mount or something for your screens/computer.

Wake up 30 minutes earlier than normal and run.

Take a 30 minute excersise break every 4 hours or so. Just go out for a jog/run, or even just a good walk if you've already done a run earlier.

Or instead of every 4 hours, maybe every time you start to feel tilt coming on.

I suppose you could setup your laptop with a wireless connection while you jogged on the treadmill. That, or you could just take a break from playing for 30-60 mins?

I go out for an hour on the bike each (well, most ) days. You have to get out the house and do something every day, essential.

I actually have this setup with a stationary bike. I didn't exactly buy the bike with this in mind, however it has a cradle at the top where I suppose one could put a book and the laptop I have fits just fine.

Overall, it works pretty good but multi-tabling is slightly more difficult. I usually cut down to 1-2 tables while excercising.

I use a laptop while on a treadmill. I built a stand that straddles the front over the controls. I also have a small tv and a cd walkman on the platform in front of me. Works well.
