the first one looks like a blocking bet or flush draw trying to play cheaply. I'd raise.

Hand 1 is more interesting because there are two ways to play this: 1. being OOP here I might just call the turn and pray for a cheap showdown and depending what comes on river check/call most reasonable bets and most cards. 2. I think raising is fine too on the turn, but if called I am lost on river having to act first. If RR's all-in on you turn raise I would fold as I will give him credit for the flop semibluff potbet (FD) or whatever else that kills me. |

I like your play on the second.
Lead the turn on the first. It's quite bad to check fold there IMO. |

Bet turn on hand one (85-95 sounds about right), fold to a raise. If he just calls, I would check/fold the river.
