I think I would fold the flop. He's not betting out as a bluff against two people and a preflop raise, is he?

I put him on a king and a mediocre kicker, an AK would not limp under the gun and would not check the river.

So I'd fold the flop but if you need to see the showdown I think you did it right on the turn and river.

Seems pretty weak tight given the draw-happy board

Learn about pot odds.

Edit: I also think this hand is fine.

The way the hand played out, it looks like a flush draw trying to represent a K on the flop, hoping to get you to fold the turn. Don't think there is much reason to bet the river as villain will fold his busted draw and only call you with a weak K.

The flop play seems standard to me. I raise because my hand may be good. I call because I have odds for the outs. I intend to fold the turn UI.

I think the turn is fine. 4 straight outs. 2 J outs, and some discounted 2-pair A outs. and your hand may still be good and have the river checked through.

River fine.

Asking becuz I want to learn...

Piiop, you're referring to the call of the three bet right? Hero's flop raise wasn't based on the need to draw, it was for protection and value right?
