Just picked up a MAG Innovision 972PF-S at Best Buy yesterday for $149 - $50 rebate = $99. It has 1600X1200 resolution.

What size is that? I assume 19" but if it's 21 thats a great deal (18 is still very good)

Unless I find something local I'll probably go with this refurbed 21" Sony flat screen. $85 plus shipping (which I'm sure would add another $60-80):

Gives me a headache at 1920x1200 but it's fine at 1600x1200.

Lol, I hope my fellow computer nerds found this statement as entertaining as I did.

I think he means that it's only running at 60hz at 1920x1200... but it runs around 85hz at 1600x1200

I think you're missing the point.

The Best Buy near me doesn't have that one

The Samsung mentioned earlier was pretty sexy though so I'm gonna order one of those online (Best Buy retail + ungodly sales tax >> online price + shipping).

I use a P780 from Dell, manufactured by Sony. It's a 17" CRT. You can find it on E-bay for less than $100. You can 4-table without overlap.

If you're monitor is 19", it should be able to handle a 1600x1200 resolution. If you do need to get a new monitor though, check out the Samsung SyncMaster 997DF. It's a 19" CRT for $200 with a clear, bright picture.

Yeah, I'm lovin mine. I Googled for prices and a few places had them marked cheaper than Best Buy/Circuit City did, even including shipping.

I ended up paying $171 for mine from Dell (155 + free shipping + sales tax), and it arrived in three days.

Maybe the way to go is with 3 cheap monitors and multi video cards? EG

http://www.wireball.com/triplemonitor.htm

First came acroos this on a web site with 3 flat screens for a flight simulator setup..seemed ideal for multitabling.
