Default JJ multiway w/ Q on flop

No read on villain except that he's loose preflop

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $0.5.

Flop: (13 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 players)

River: (10.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 10.50 BB

Was raising to isolate a good play considering the big pot, or do you just let it go and give him credit for a Q? How's the rest of the hand?

I find myself playing this type of line in this situation quite a bit. I'm curious to know what others think.

I'm just a newb as well, but your play looks fine to me.

Looks good, he could have had a few things there that he'd raise with (especially since he was in the BB, two hearts, straight draw with such low cards.)
