I  Marginal Situations
5/10 Fullring
One loose EP limper, Button calls, I check in the BB with 35s. Flop is 723r (none of my suite) I lead, both call. Turn is 7 I lead only UTG calls. River is 4 I check... Villain is a loose caller and capable of some trickiness. I have a Laggy table image from raising so many hands (and showing down with T high in a blind steal) In one hand villain CR me on the river when I bet the whole way with AKs on 3KQ25 board, villain had KTs. I didn't want to bet/fold the river so I checked planning to call. What do you think? |

Re: I  Marginal Situations
If I check, it's to check-raise.

[/ QUOTE ] I feel like we're best here so overwhelmingly often that we can make the C/R EV by picking up calls from a pair of 2s, ace or king high that bets out on the end. I was going off the "tricky" read. Dunno, it's kind of a feel thing. I think Bet-calling for value/to induce bluff raise is probably better. |
