Default NHL Prop Bets

Anyone know of a site that has NHL prop bets. In particular, I'm looking for opportunities to bet on players to score a certain number of goals during the season -- in the interest of taking advantage of the new rule changes.

It's way early for books to offer them.

Anyone have a sense for when the hockey Stanley Cup lines might be posted? I'll be in Vegas next week and was hoping to put in a bet for my home team to win the cup.

If not next week, when? I get the feeling most club's rosters wont be completely ironed out for several weeks given the new CBA and the large pool of unsigned UFAs.

Typically not until the beginning of September after they start camp. That is when player moves are finally done and everyone starts looking at the teams.

FYI

Wynn posted NHL Stanley cup odds this past Monday. I was on vacation checking out the new hotel and placed a prop bet for my home team (SJ Sharks) at 18/1. The cashier at the book said they were JUST posted. Not sure if other books has posted yet, but I didn't see this elsewhere.

Sorry, I forgot the get the complete sheet, so I don't know the odds for the rest of the league.

Default Ovechkin vs. Crosby at Bodog

BoDog has a prop on who will score more pts, Ovechkin or Crosby.

Crosby is the clear answer here playing with guys like Lemieux,Palffy, Recchi and Gonchar while Ovechkin has squat in Washington. I think with the new rules and the talent in Pittsburgh, Crosby could score a pt per game this season.

Unfortunately he is -160 right now, so its not that great a bet unless you have alot of $$ to throw out there.

From what I have seen teams that look like good $$$...

Pittsburgh at 25/1- Lots of talent here, defensive questions but good offense and goaltending.

San Jose at 15/1- Conf final team last time around, suffered a loss or two, but have a great young team.

Calgary at 20/1- A team that vame within 1 OT goal of winning the cup starts at only 20/1?
