A boss is someone who imitates all of the bad aspects of your parents- monday through friday, and sometimes on weekends.
For this privilige he pays your allowance when your parents have stopped doing so.

But we work together extremely well and she is very hands-off and results orientated. I don't want to screw her but I don't want to punch her either. Change "boss" to "ex-wife" and we can talk.
