Default Turning Stone

So I just found out that I am going to Rome, NY for 3 non-consecutive weeks starting next month. This is a business trip so my hotel\food is expensed.

I am considering staying at TS and driving the 10 miles or so into the office every day (as opposed to driving back to Rome each night). The main reason I was thinking this was so I could drink all I wanted and not worry about driving. I just noticed on another post that there is no alcohol at TS. Can I brown bag any in, or is that frowned upon?

Also, how are the roads this time of year? Are they pretty well scraped of snow\ice? Should I rent a 4WD?

Not sure about brown bagging it. If you aren't used to driving in snow/ice, you may want to rent a 4WD or AllWD. But that's only if a snow storm comes. On any normal day, the roads will be fine.

AFAIK bringing your own at TS is quite common. I've not done it, but I've heard it's pretty standard.

Just in case there's something useful: http://poker.wikicities.com/wiki/Turning_Stone
