Villain is 56/18/1.6 after a ton of hands, and according to Surfdoc, can get pretty agro.

If he can't fold I'm not sure how much I like the flop c/r...After that I like everything, including the river raise/call

What's his att. to steal blinds?

I like a bet/call on the river because I don't want three bets to go in on the river. I'm a wuss.

I don't see how that changes anything. He is agro enough to steal with T9. Not agro enough to steal with 95. Any other hand hand he could possibly have he could have attempted to steal with.

I expect to see a set here a LOT. Sometimes A6s or something. Sometimes T9. I think the set:T9 ration is probably greater than 2:1 though.
