Movie Review: Crash

Aimless, needlessly complex, depressing.

Characters were all stereotypical and distant.

Acting was decent at times...

Felt like a bad version of 21 grams which i liked.

Utter crap.

On a side note, it did have tony danza and a bunch of other random cameos.

I thought this was a really good movie. And the stereotypical thing was the whole point, wow, maybe you didnt like the movie because you didnt understand it...

My point wasnt that the characters were prejudice/racist etc (which they were)....but that they were stereotypical. That does not mean they use stereotypes. The movie could have dropped a few plots, dropped some complexity and been a better movie. Once again, if youre going for the complex, dramatic, coincidental life works in strange ways movie, 21 grams is much better done.

In all honesty, if you liked this movie a lot, maybe you didnt understand it completely...only partially. You liked the fact that it was different and artsy. Not your slapstick comedy, poppy/teen movie, romantic comedy or AandE drama.
