Default Tilt Call or did he think he was ahead?

This took place in a Stars $10+1 27 MTT. I had the Villian in question as being TAG pre-flop and neutral post flop on about 60 hands and a decent player, in otherwords... someone capable of folding if he thought he was beat.

This hand occured first:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero (t1885)
SB (t5230)
BB (t2730)
UTG (t1795)
MP (t9705)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero calls t150, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t450) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (t450) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets t150, Hero calls t150, SB folds.

River: (t750) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets t150, Hero raises to t450,

He went into the timebank and after about 30 seconds, in the chat box I said "I'll show it if you fold"

20 seconds later... BB folds.

I then showed Granny Mae

Final Pot: t1350

Results below:
Hero has Qs 5s (high card, ace).
Outcome: Hero wins t1350.

Then:
Villian said, "not very nice dont' do it agian"
Villian said, "again'"
Hero said, "All is fair in love, poker, and war right?"
Villian said, "won't happen again"
Hero said, "Besides, it's a bit hard to get away from the Granny Mae."

Six hands later:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero (t2260)
Button (t5080)
SB (t2655)
BB (t1570)
UTG (t9780)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to t450, 1 fold, SB calls t375, 1 fold.

Flop: (t1050) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t450, SB raises to t900, Hero raises to t1809, SB raises to t2205, Hero calls t1 (All-In).

Turn: (t5065) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t5065) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t5065

Results below:
SB has Jd Kd (one pair, kings).
Hero has Kc As (two pair, aces and kings).
Outcome: Hero wins t4670. SB wins t395.

So, was it a tilt call or did he really think he was ahead?

Both. He thinks he's ahead because he's on tilt. If he hadn't said anything in the chat, you could say he just thought his hand was best, but your show affected him enough to tell you "It won't happen again." Nice job.

It really doesn't matter what he thinks. With his stack this short his money is going in, folding would be horrible.

This took place in a Stars $10+1 27 MTT.

Not looking down upon the stakes as I play these, but sometimes you just don't question these players, they just do things that are not rational. It's funny because sometimes I'll see a total donk, buddy list him, and follow him only to find out he's a four tabler that apparently takes his game seriously. No one plays perfect all the time I spose.

This call was probably blind tilt I think, although when people tilt and make moves like this, do they themselves that they're ahead, or just repress the feeling and slam in the bet?

Let's see. There are 3760 chips in the pot and it costs 910 to call the flop all-in with top pair, a gutshot, and a backdoor flush draw.

How can Villain possibly fold here?

In fact, you can turn your cards face up on the table and it is still a very easy call with 30.2% pot equity (PokerStove).
