I do not think this is a value bet. Against a reasonable opponent they are only going to call only when they beat at least ace-high . So now you put yourself in a position when you gain nothing when you have the winning hand(the fold to your bet), and lose a big bet when you do bet and get called(or raised and then have to fold or call an additional bet).

what would be the line? bet flop atleast and then check turn? fold if bet..? I think that's how I would play it

I expect to see a small pp call down here significantly more than Ace or Queen high. I'm newer to these games though.
