Hand 3. I know, mixing it up preflop in a dumb way but I had made some folds after raising and wanted to have some options. How bad is just calling? How bad is the flop?

Raiser unkown 30vpip /12 pfr/ 2.2 agg /34 wtsd /723 hands, limper like 75 vpip /2 pfr.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP raises, 2 folds, Hero calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (6.40 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP bets, Hero raises,

I prefer 3-bet or fold, I never cold-call. Given your preflop play i think flop play is fine.

i often play big aces, big pairs and medium pairs out of the bb when heads up this way.

i like it because it adds deception to your hand.
