It's not likely that AK will call here, so the only worry is QQ, KK or AA. None of these hands appear very likely. So there's probably a 90% chance or so the all-in will pick up about 200 chips, and mabye a couple % chance of doubling up and around 5% or so of going broke. Averaging it all up, it looks like it's a +EV by about 150 or so.
If he calls to see the flop, that's no doubt +EV as well, but as much as pushing? That's doubtful. The push has a greater volitility, but it's hardly a terrible play.
