Default $11 Rebuy $25K guar. hand

Stars rebuy, 180 left, 99 pay. Villain in this hand had raised my BB on the button four orbits in a row. First time, SB pushed, villain folded. 2nd and 3rd times SB and I both folded. 4th time, I got sick of it.

Is this a good move given the history or is it just stupid? Thanks.

BTW, I see Jurollo is doing well. Anyone else still in this thing?

I generally would do this with slighty better than average hands, but more power to you. if im villian i know your hand range here is most likely any 2 as ive been on your blinds a lot, so i happily call with k10s or a3s. sometimes i run into a real hand but usually its q5o or something else.

I dont mind it THAT much with what had been taking place, generally I would wait another orbit to maybe have something more powerful because I am a pansy. Unless he has something big he is folding here so I dont mind it, and your cards are basically irrelevant.

In these situations I like to let them come to me, not me come to them.. I know it's frustrating, but on the occasion that he does have a good hand, it might spell trouble

Nonstandard raises in that 11r are so often monsters that I am never coming over the top of one again (until the next time).

Cruising along, then this hand

UTG+1 (t116300)
MP1 (t45191)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

River: (t91282) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t91282

Results in white below:
MP1 has 7h Ah (straight, seven high).
Hero has 8d 8c (one pair, eights).
Outcome: MP1 wins t91282.

In the end I thought I was ahead of a lot here against this player, i.e. 2 overs. I was ahead, just not by much.

Still hanging around, had to push with ATo and won a flip against 44. Blinds keep rising though, need some hands as I have been very card dead. 4K/8K blinds and I sit with 74K at the moment.
