Default At the final table with AQo..... push it in?

Now I'm normally an SNG player, but decided to give my luck a go at MTT and I ended up making the final table. I figured with such high blinds I only had 9x and I used my SNG sub-10xBB rule to convince myself that this was a push. Now regardless of the results, it scared the [censored] out of me when the guy called me and I immediately questioned whether I had made a good play or not. It turned out ok for me, but was this a good play or no?

It's fine; pretty standard.
You could raise less if you want to get away from it later, but I don't think you do.

You definitely don't want to get away from it later. Pushing is really the only option here.
