Default Are the people at Pay-Pro Mentally Challenged?

Just had my account frozen because they didn't recognize my Firepay account or some stupid thing. Well they requested my driver's license and I have sent the damn thing as .gif, .jpg, .tif, MS Word, and MS PPT file. 24 hours later they are saying they still haven't received the file. Has anyone else been through this crap and if so what did you do so that Anurag and his Dikshit crew finally reopen your damn account? This has certainly not been an ENJOY!able experience.

Well, do you have any ideas as to why they aren't receiving the attachments I sent? I wish I had a fax machine, but I don't. I've sent it as .jpg, .tif, and .bmp b/c they said they accepted these files. The JPEG file was only about 30 kb so size of the file is prob not the issue. This is very odd.

Nope but I wouldn't send bmp - it'll be probably too big. Maybe give them a ring, I dunno.

They just emailed me asking for it. I'm not going to unless they freeze my account, I've got this email so many times before.
