Default JJ against the dreaded min raise

I saw a post a couple days ago where hero limped UTG early with AK and pushed over the top of a min bet from LP. This is similar...what do you guys think about this:

2 better options:

Re-raising to like 350, and if he re-raises it's an easy fold.

Or seeing a flop...guess it may be a crime nowadays to do that.

He does have position on you, but it'd also help to know how he's been playing. If you re-raised to 350 would he move in with AK?

Call and see the flop. If you've got a set or overpair, you're getting your money in then and there. If there's an ace or king onboard you're check/folding (esp. ace). If the board comes queen-high...you're gonna have to feel villain out to see where you are, but you're probably folding to any real resistance.
