A longer tourney gives better players more time to rise to the top. Any fish can win an SNG, the more players, the more time, the harder it is for the fish to win. (that's why I stick to SnGs)

I always finish 1st or second (my heads up play needs work) in the single table SNGs on stars. Knowing this will i still finish strong in a 2 table game? I honestly dont want to play 2 in half hours for nothing.

Come on, you always.... whatever. Do what you will. When you are ready to post honestly, even if that only means actaully recording your results (now there is a novel idea), I'll respond in greater depth.

I would think in the long run 1 table SNG's would be more profitable. Once the blinds get to 50/100 its more about knowing your opponents and how they play than whats in your hand. A 2 table tournament would take this advantage away.

2 rebuttals to this theory, first, you can do the same thing at a 2-table, in fact, you get to do it with two tables, and in double the time. As a player that pays attention to reads, more time to gather info and more time to use it are both advantages. Second, as each person drops out or each time the blinds go up, peoples playing style changes. At a two-table, at least you get a second chance to play four of the players nine-handed again.

Sorry to say you have been either extremely lucky or you are very deluded.

In MTTs I do watch the other "final" tables, but no, I don't watch the other table in a SNG. My point was though, that you see the same people from the first table at the final table, so at least you have reads on them. However, it is clearly advantageos to watch both tables... but I doubt that advantage would compensate for the lost revenue of playing more tables at one time.
