Default A few hands that I question from my hot run today

One thing, I was ITM 13 out of 24 times I played and had a large number of 2nd to 3rd place finishes, what do I do to increase the number of 1sts I get shorthands? (only got 1st 2 times)

Do pot odds justify this incredibly poor hand possibly being called with?

1) Fold. Real quick. I know you're SB, but that's a ton of callers.
2) c/f turn. People may disagree here, but it's early, and you can find a better spot. Also, what buy-in level may be relevant here.
3) Raise pre-flop, t150-200. You've got a very strong hand -- make people with Kx and Ax fold. Reevaluate on flop based on # of callers. If it's just one, I lead the flop most of the time with only one over.

Nice heater.

I agree with 1 and 3. AJs I am folding UTG every time the first 3 levels without a thought (except those rare situations when the bubble happens this early). AJ (sooted or not) is not strong enough to play UTG in the early levels and even later there are situations where its a fold.

It's a fold, but your logic is so backward it's scary. You should fold IN SPITE OF the callers, not because of them.

Hand 1 Fold preflop

Hand 2 Fold preflop

Hand 3 I raise to 125. I rarely make this 2.5 raise but Hero's stack size here is a bit akward, too shallow to limp, too deep to push. Making it 150 or 200 makes it next to impossible to make a c bet without being pot stuck.

Not enough firsts is usually the result of not being aggressive enough with 2-5 people left and, as a result, you will often find yourself shortstacked on the bubble or ITM. Buy SNGPT if you haven't already. Post bubble hands and study the posts of esteemed 2+2'ers. But most importantly, realize that 24 SNG's is a drop in the bucket as far as measuring finish distribution, etc. I've had sets of hundreds of SNG's where I take 1st 20% of the time. And I've had sets of a couple hundred where I've won 5%.

1) Nope. Fold
2) Not relevant, fold AJ in early position at a full table, always. Fold
3) Raise pre-flop; otherwise I'd fold too, pairs under the top pair multiway is a money trap. At $10 tables, not too many players will fold top pair.
4) Do a search on SNG sample size; assume nothing about your short-handed play from these few results
