When does fishing no longer apply?

At what level do the fish go away? What percentage of players are fish at the following levels? Do you notice changes in your BB/100 winrate as you move up? I mean is there a level where your BB/100 winrate is lower, such that you were actually making more money per 100 hands at the level one step down?

Yeah me too, I am pretty sure he is talking about online poker, but I wonder if he would get a better response in the Mid-, High Stakes forum. But then again there are more people in the zoo than in that forum. So who knows.
